PT Phiz

Several new photos of paintings have been added including one sent in my a reader of the blog, to whom many thanks. I've also added a rather touching photo painted by Terry of his mother reading, an image never before seen outside the immediate family.

There's been a bit of a delay but I've just added another pictire to the site, this time a pencil drawing. My biggest problem, other than demands on my time, is trying to get good photos. If the light is strong I get too many reflections; if it is dull, even with a good camera I get lots of camera shake even with a good camera. I can fix that by using a tripo but worse the colour balance is all wrong. I may yet have to investigaye buying some good lighting. Hey ho.

In the meantime, I've been getting on with some of the admin chores like running the feeds through Feedburner and getting Google Analytics up and running on this blog. Nothing that benefits you the reader other than helping me to manage the sites and keep them free of things like spam.

To make it even easier for people to find the site, I've also started a Squidoo lens at http://www.squidoo.com/PT-Phiz. And it's started to work!
